Shipping Policy

Please allow 1-4 days for your non-preorder orders to be confirmed & processed. We will try our best to ship out orders placed before 12 p.m. PST on the same business day, however, same day shipping is NOT guaranteed. If you need your order 'Rush' processed, please make sure to give us a call to make sure we are able to rush your order. Simply notating in the 'notes' section will not assure rush shipping or same-day shipping as the pace of order processing is dependent on various factors.

In the case you use your own shipper ID from UPS or FedEx to ship out merchandise, the shipper ID must be ACTIVE. All chargebacks due to inactive or cancelled shipper ID's will be invoiced and charged onto any credit card you have provided. Price on this invoice does not included shipping and handling fees. Customer is fully responsible for these fees.

Hana Jeans generally do not ship to PO Boxes, and APO/AFO. We normally ships via UPS, FEDEX or Freight Forwarder for pallet orders. For larger shipment which requires pallet, a Freight Forwarder will be used.

We do not ship to third party addresses unless that address is known and can be verified by the credit card issuing bank. Hana Jeans is not responsible for any goods damaged during the time of transit. Buyer is responsible for paying any freight charges incurred by refused shipment and unclaimed goods. Hana Jeans will make every effort to deliver on time. However, Hana Jeans will not be held liable for delays due to weather condition or lost shipments.

The Buyer shall inspect the product(s) at delivery and shall notify Hana Jeans of any defects or discrepancies within one day of receipt of product(s). If defects or irregularities are noticed during receiving, please instruct your workers to take a photo and note down the irregularities.
