Account/Payments/Order Info

Are Resale Certificate Required?

All customers must fill out the Reseller's Certificate completely and send it back to Hana Jeans to avoid sales tax on the order. Once the Resale Certificate is filed with Hana Jeans, your account will become tax exempt for all orders.

How long does it take for an account to be reviewed and verified?

Please allow 2-3 business days for your account to be updated. If your online account is not activated after 3 business days, you may contact us so that we may further assist you.

How can I change my account information?

You can log into our website using your user ID and password to edit your account information. If you have trouble accessing your account or need additional help, please contact us at sales@hanajeans.com

What forms of payment do you accept?

Accepted forms of Payment:
Credit/Debit Cards - Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover Card
PayPal
Business Checks
Wire Transfer

*****Shipping address has to be the same as the billing address when paying via CreditCard .

Can I make changes to my order?

If your order has not been processed and shipped, we can edit your order.

How do I track my order?

If your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and details on how to track your order.

Why was my order cancelled?

All declining orders are usually from unverified credit card information. If such issue arises, our accounting department will notify you via phone and/or email. If we do not receive a response within 5 business days, the order will be cancelled.

Do you sell single jeans at wholesale price?

No, we do not. We sell "Pre-Packed" carton.

How many pieces comes in one pre-packed carton?

Each carton contains one style - 12 pieces of jeans?

Can I pick & choose the sizes i need?

Unfortunately, you cannot.

Shipping/Returns

What shipping courier service do you use?

We ship via UPS, FedEx or Freight Trucking Company for large volume orders.

Can I use my UPS or FedEx account to ship?

Yes, you can. Contact us via email or phone to make arrangements.

Do you ship outside of the USA?

Yes. You will need to make arrangement with your Freight Forwarder to pick up at our location or ship to their warehouse. Please be advice that we are not liable for taxes/duties at the point of entry. We will provide you with the necessary paperworks that your Freight Forwarder request of us in order to pass custom.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we do accept returns. Refunds are issued for Credit Memo only. Please read through our Return Policy for Terms and Conditions.

Missing Quantity.

If you receive your shipment and noticed that you have missing quantity, please contact us immediate.
